Meet the Faces

Hello! Welcome to Tiny Babe Co. We are so thankful you are here.

I am Kay, the owner of Tiny Babe Co. My pronouns are she/her. I am the proud wife to my high school sweetheart, Corey. I am the luckiest mama to our miracle daughters, Hadlee and Annie.

Tiny Babe Co. is ran by this mama and daddy duo, along with the occasional help from our dearest village. Our business is possible thanks to other mamas, like you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support!

Our Story

Prior to the creation of Tiny Babe Co, I (Kay) had been making custom items for our oldest daughter and family members. I loved making shirts, ornaments, wooden signs, and more. It became a fun hobby and a great way to offer cost effective gifts. When we found out we were expecting another little girl, I was determined to make matching sister sets and personalized nursery décor pieces.

After a gruesome battle with postpartum depression, my husband encouraged me to turn my hobby into something more. At the time, we had a children's consignment business which took up a lot of my time for not a lot of money. I wanted to find a way to bring home a little bit of extra money a week, that wouldn't stress me out constantly. That extra money was our coffee money. (If you don't know us personally, we are big coffee people and enjoy long walks to the coffee shop.) I started Tiny Babe Co. in May of 2023, selling special vinyl pressed shirts and handmade headbands and apparel. This was the perfect way to channel my PPA/PPD and need to do more for my family.

A few months after our shop started, I told my husband that I wanted to create bamboo pajamas. We love supporting small brands and have owned several different bamboo and model pajamas over the years, between both of our kiddos. We launched our first print - Princess - in November 2023. This was a print that I had been dreaming of making since I had my youngest daughter. Here was the issue with launching just one print: it's only one print and we didn't have the means to create more than that at the time.

Best of Both Worlds

During another late night conversation, the biggest change to our business occurred. I had told my husband that I really wanted more boho and minimalistic items. I wanted items similar to so many other small shops, but I didn't have the time nor the money to try to compete. I didn't want to - I loved their products the way they were. BOOM - here came our relaunch idea. We decided to offer a boutique, filled with our personal favorite brands and our own. All products produced by fellow small business mamas and their families. An inclusive, curated children's clothing boutique for everyone.
